Four IHP contributions accepted for presentation at the
European Microwave Week 2008 in Amsterdam
Four IHP contributions have been accepted for presentation at the European Microwave Week (EUMW 2008) in Amsterdam, October this year.
Samiran Halder will present a 20GS/s 8-Bit Current Steering DAC in 0.25µm SiGe BiCMOS Technology. Wolfgang Winkler from Silicon Radar will present a 94 GHz amplifier also produced in IHP’s high-performance SiGe BiCMOS technology. Srdjan Glisic will show results on integrated filters for 60 GHz, and Frank Herzel will present an integrated phase-locked loop synthesizer for 60 GHz OFDM systems. The latter two contributions are part of a transceiver development for wireless communication in the 60 GHz band with data rates above one Gigabit per second.
