DPG Spring Meeting 2010
During the DPG Solid State Physics Spring Meeting from 22nd – 26th March 2010 in Regensburg (Germany), Dr. Thomas Schroeder (IHP Frankfurt (Oder)) & Dr. Juergen Schubert (FZ Juelich) have the pleasure to accept the invitation of Prof. Mirco Imlau (University of Osnabrück; chairman of DPG section “Dielectric Solid State Physics”) to organize a Symposium focussing on high-k and high mobility materials for Silicon – based microelectronics. The DPG Symposium „High-k and high-mobility materials for CMOS“ is scheduled to take place the 23rd March 2010 between 10 a.m. to 1.10 p.m. The focus session will take place in the lecture hall H11 situated in the central building of the University of Regensburg. Please check the map in the DPG program book for further information.
