Our SiGe BiCMOS technologies with additional functionalities are available for Multi Project Wafer Service for more than ten years. We are working to integrate additional photonic components in silicon. Below you find components available so far. It is planned to extend this portfolio and to offer silicon photonics integration also as a public service.
