MPW & Prototyping

We help you to make your own innovative microelectronics solutions. We have the skills, the experience, cutting edge SiGe technologies with additional modules and a 200 mm pilot line for chip manufacturing. Get access to our design kit and design your own analog or mixed signal circuits.

 

Our offers also include the support for selected technology modules and the transfer of complete SiGe BiCMOS technologies.

 

You may also take advantage by using our excellent equipment and experience for diagnostics and measurement as well as simulation tools. This can be also helpful if your business is not microelectronics.

MPW & Prototyping

IHP offers research partners and customers access to its powerful SiGe:C BiCMOS technologies and special integrated RF modules. The technologies are especially suited for applications in the higher GHz bands (e.g. for wireless, broadband, radar). They provide integrated HBTs with cut-off frequencies of up to 500 GHz and integrated LDMOS devices with breakdown voltages of up to 22 V, including complementary devices.
