International project "GaNonCMOS" started

Researchers from IHP participate in project for the development of reliable electronic systems.
The international project GaNonCMOS was launched on 1st January 2017. The merger of 11 institutions deal with the research of energy-efficient circuits and systems by future-oriented integration technologies of GaN power components with CMOS/BiCMOS technologies. The aim of the project with 4 years duration is to develop highly integrated, cost-effective and reliable electronics systems for power applications using GaN and Si-CMOS.
